summer morning yoga practice
(EN) In July and August, we suggest you start Thursday morning at Hermitage with meditation techniques, breathing exercises and asanas, guided by Livia Constantin, registered RYT-500 yoga teacher, with more than 15 years of personal study and practice.
“Through yoga you can experience listening to the body, managing the breath, resetting the mind… Every Thursday morning I invite you to learn on the mat the art of not-doing.”
Livia Constantin, the founder of the Atha Yoga Iti School, invites you:
- improve flexibility and stability of the body
- develop breath awareness
- access an inner state of well-being and connect with others.
The classes are taught in the Hatha Yoga tradition with a strong emphasis on healthy alignment and breathing. Hatha yoga refers to the physical practice of yoga, meaning the practice of poses and observance of breath as a means to health and peace of mind. Livia brings her own dedicated study, unique blend of experience, strong focus, and her personality to the class.
Her style brings together the precision of the postures, a mindful attention and inner balance. Each class is uniquely designed, and will help you improve your flexibility, muscle joint mobility, gain strength, stability, alignment and internal wellness.
The space is open to yogis of all levels, as well as fitness enthusiasts looking to get a good workout at the end of the day.
Registration is not necessary. Class Fees:
40 ron/class, for 4 classes package (available one month)
50 ron/single class.
The fees are paid directly to the instructor. For your comfort, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class, wear comfortable clothes, and avoid eating heavy food before the class.
We promise to create the context for a safe and beautiful experience for all of you who will come to our classes. As a participant, you will assume the responsibility for your health and for having a mature and sane behavior, acting with respect to yourself, to the others and to the space.
