Let's leave behind the tensions and the inconveniences of the day. Take your time to tune and turn in. You are invite to practice with mental focus, to trigger the relaxation response, reducing your stress perception and allowing you a deep physical rest. Practice kindness and non judgement towards self, encourage deeper breathing, resetting your mind.
And last but not least, prepare your body to respond appropriately to what you are facing.
